Michel Baertschiger
Owner / Founder
Michel Baertschiger made his first steps in aviation in 1999. Troughout the years he held various position within the business aviation community and with airlines. He founded AviEx Ltd. in 2012 and has served dozens of organisations since with a variety of services. Michel holds a diploma as Quality Systems Manager, an Executive MBA as well as a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in General Management.
Lukas Weiss

Lukas started his carreer in aviation as an aircraft mechanic. Three decades later his experience ranges from aircraft technical expertise, piloting various aircraft types, project leadership and holding various management positions with different major players in the aviation industry.
